You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

REGISTERED VERSION

One registered copy of INFOTECH DMC may either be used by an agreed company who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, unless agreed. The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use INFOTECH DMC on the Equipment on the terms and conditions contained herein and for the period specified from the date of Installation. The Licensee may not, without the prior written consent of the Licensor, modify INFOTECH DMC Program or incorporate the Program in programs not provided by the Licensor.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

This software is provided "as it is" and without warranty of any kind, express, implied or otherwise, including without limitation, any warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall 11-INFOTECH SYSTEM CO., LTD. be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this software.
